Breast Plate Costumes or Risque Wall Hangings:

These are made of soft rubber or thin vacuum formed plastic.  I individually sketched the cutout regions and then used a dremmel tool to cut away the unneeded material.  I then spray painted them with different metallic paints.

I think they turned out really nice.  Maybe you will also.  I hope so, anyway.  As they stand, they will fit a small person.  However, they were designed to be cut apart with sissors and then laced back together to allow a good-comfortable fit on people of all sizes.  The breast cups themselves, are large-ish and the nipples, which if desired can be removed, are pronounced.
